Richard’s passion for diving runs deep. Now, with his new IDC Staff Instructor certification, he’s not just leading dives—he’s helping train the next generation of dive pros! Whether he’s mentoring Assistant Instructors or shaping future dive instructors, Richard’s all about sharing his love for the ocean while keeping it fun and safe. Guri Sejzer

Guri Sejzer was born in Israel and moved at a young age to Argentina where he grew up, later working seasonally and counter seasonally in the Argentinean Patagonia and across the USA. Among his many varied interests (drawing, electromechanics, martial arts, open water swimming, SCUBA and SSBA diving, …) Guri decided to develop his passion for lifesaving, diving and public safety, professionally.

Since 2004, Guri has been providing professional services as a lifeguard internationally. He is not only a career open water lifeguard, but also a subject matter expert, public safety diver, a non-deco commercial diver, a PADI® Divemaster, a swiftwater rescue technician, an EMT/PMAT, a NAI Certified Interpretive Guide™ and an instructor and instructor trainer for various training agencies, among other credentials he holds.

Guri moved to La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico in 2011 which has been his home base ever since. Being the founder of GLC Aquatic Safety Dept. (ASD), Guri provides services at public beaches, private resorts, clubs, camps, yachts, marine expedition vessels, private events, sport events, and film sets. Sarai Flores

Sarai Guadalupe Flores González was born right here in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico and grew up in Cabo San Lucas. Her connection with the ocean started at a young age and during her teens she became a volunteer junior lifesaver with the Cabo San Lucas Firefighter Corps. After finishing high school she moved back to La Paz where she attended the UABCS (Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur – Baja California Sur Autonomous University) graduating as a Fisheries Engineer in order to better serve the regional aquaculture industry.

Among her many passions and interests, like fishing, cooking traditional Mexican dishes, making homemade piñatas, creating her own bijouterie, and traveling, Sarai is passionate about SCUBA and SSBA diving. She loves sharing the Choyero culture and rugged natural beauty of her hometown and surroundings with fellow travelers and divers from all over the world, giving an authentic feel to every tour she guides. Moreover, Sarai founded SG Compliance Solutions through which she trains and certifies local guides with a true commitment to increase the local tourism quality and safety standards.

Sarai has been a professional open water lifeguard for over a decade having worked at local beaches, marine expeditions, events, film sets and yachts. In parallel, she is also a non-deco commercial diver, a PADI® Divemaster, an EMT/PMAT, a NAI Certified Interpretive Guide™ and an instructor for various training agencies. Sarai became a divemaster right here at Divers Inn MX and has been guiding SCUBA diving, snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching, environmental interpretation and expeditions since then.
