A Signature Baja Diving Event at DiversInnMX
Join one of our premier Baja Diving Events & PADI Workshops in La Paz, Baja California Sur—a 4–5 day immersive underwater photography intensive in the legendary Sea of Cortez.
Designed for certified divers who want to elevate both technical skill and artistic vision, this workshop blends structured classroom instruction, pool skill refinement, and real-world in-water shooting across some of Baja’s most dynamic dive sites.
Investment: $1,700 per diver
Arrive: Sept. 27 and Depart: Oct. 2, 2026
Instruction: Sept. 28 thru Oct. 1
Maximum Participants: 8 divers

Chris Nonell
Chris Nonell has been capturing underwater photo and video since 2018, merging a lifelong passion for diving with a commitment to sharing the beauty of the marine world.
His award-winning imagery has been featured in the Library of Congress and published in scientific research throughout California, supporting marine biology and salmon conservation efforts.
Having traveled, taught, and dived globally, Chris brings real-world experience from diverse and challenging conditions. His instruction combines:

My husband and I got our PADI certifications here and Richard was very knowledgeable and patient with me even when I got super nervous under the water. Literally the sweetest couple in the world, they went above and beyond for us. It felt like we went scuba diving with a close friend.
He took us to scuba with the sea lions and we got to see so many fish and tons of sea lions. Not to mention thin they are also very affordable, we can’t recommend them enough! Best decision we’ve made since traveling here in Baja.
