Before you can dive with us, you’ll need to fill out a required PADI form. It’s a simple form that makes sure it’s safe for you to dive. The form is fillable, which means you can type directly into it. Once you’ve finished, be sure to click the submit button and you’ll receive an email confirmation email THAT YOU MUST CONFIRM.
